Elections 08 Notes

2/4:
The night before Stupid Tuesday.  Did you know the big day was in March and only included 10 states?  Now look at it.  Too early and way out of hand.

Obama seems to be catching up to Hill-ary.  Makes her cry, too.

McCain.  Why McCain?  Are people scared of the Mormon?  If I had a choice of the 4 right now, today, I tend toward Romney.  No, religion has nothing to do with it.  Experience and values count more.

Are there values that are important to you from the other candidates?  Then vote your values.

1/30:
OMG!  McCain wins Florida!  The Republicans are really in trouble if this guy wins the nomination.

OMG!  Giuliani drops out and Endorses McCain!  Now I know something isn't "right" in this world.

It appears that Florida for the Demoncrats is the same as Michigan.  Losers.  I guess it was not worth moving their primary up and the voters just had to do the motions.  BTW, Clinton "won" even though it doesn't count.  Go figure.  I think in a two person race Obama has the advantage even though Teddy Kennedy is backing him.  BTW, I hate a murderer.  No Clinton or Obama vote from me until they prove they mean well.

I'm not a Repuke-again, but Romney seems to be my choice.  I'm sick, ain't I?

1/27:
Obama wins S.C.  Surprise?  NOT!

I'm still undecided.  I'm tending away from any of the front runners as I don't trust them.  It's pretty bad when you cannot even trust someone who says they are there to help.  My feeling is the Democratic candidates are too left wing for me.  Bordering on extremists.  Likewise I feel the same on some of the Reps.

Next is Stupid Tuesday.  The Bozone layer will be thick then!

(Bozone (n.): The substance surrounding stupid people that stops bright ideas from penetrating. The bozone layer, unfortunately, shows little sign of breaking down in the near future.) Found on-line in various places.

1/21/08:
Romney seems to be holding strong, though McCain seems to have a lot of supporters.
Clinton is pulling away with delegates.  Don't be surprised to see a Clinton/Obama pair in the finals against the weak republicans.

Iowa:
Well, Iowa is over.  I still ask the question, "Why Iowa?"  The media makes Iowa some big deal.  All I see is a bunch of people who do not seem to know who or what is going on.  Come to think of it I do not know what the hell is going on!

Apparently Obama is someone Iowans like.  Hillary is someone they don't.

On  the other side Iowans like Huckabee.  Hmmm?  I really wonder what these people are thinking.

I am a skeptic.  I really do not have a favorite this time.  I do not believe anything these people have to say.  Liars they are.  It's the only way to win, I guess.

Other Thoughts

2/4:
Was I right?  Giant's win.  I wish I was a betting man sometimes.

A New Conspiracy:  Did the Patriot's "throw" the game?  A whole lot of money was won by picking the underdogs.  Hmmm?

Does anyone out there speak rationally when they speak their minds?  Tough call, eh?

Chinese New Year is 2/7!  Like you care.

1/30:
Some jackass flipped me the bird today on my way home from work.  I still do not know what I did except for driving along and being white.  The dude was Hispanic.  I did not change lanes or cut anyone off, nor did I purposefully hinder someone's path.  Go figure.

1/27:
Cool.  A satellite has lost power and will burn up in the atmosphere.  I hope it crosses near us as it is quite a site to see.  CNN Story.

How do you feel about the Big Game?  Two east coast teams playing in Arizona.  Great for tourism, but what about T.V.?  The only thing going for it is the Undefeated Pats.  I think the Giant's have a great chance of winning, btw.

1/26:
PATS v. Giants.  Ho Hum or real big deal?

1/15:
Hillary tried to "bribe" voters with child care and car service to the causcus.  Nice try.

Conspiracy Alert:  Muslims are told to deceive their enemies.  Is Obama deceiving the American people?  When he gains control will he mandate we follow Mohammed?  Are we doomed?

How do you feel about these other "religious" folks?  It is very interesting that religion is playing a larger part in the elections this year than ever before.  At least it seems to me.  Now it is time to start "studying" for my turn to vote.  I know it is not for Hillary or Obama or Huckabee or....
